I am getting a container in garage to store water for water changes, what is the best way to fill the container? I am going to let it age a day anyways

I suggest dosing with dechlorinator because the chlorine may not gas off in a day. Also especially if your water facility is using chloramine.
The water hose will be fine.
It wouldn’t be a bad idea to aerate with air stone. I always had a heater and an air stone. Never had a problem.
Yeah I was thinking an RV white hose, heater and like an air pump. Just didn’t want any contamination, I just had 500 dollars worth of fish die from using my bathtub trying to be safe
