Bleach is recommended by most of the leaves of care provided is diluted. As for the anti-bacterial soaps, I do not want HVE perfume that can irritate the reptiles. If ur concerned about ur Chlorine irritates reptiles sure to wash the cage thouroughly after cleaning. But I do not think it ba problem.
