I have pellets and feed them live fish as well, but I found some frozen cooked shrimp in my freezer and my JD loooooves shrimp. Any reason why I shouldn't feed it to my fish?

Well we do get some nutrition from cooked shrimp but thats not why we eat them. When you cook food,a good deal of the nutrients are destroyed but hopefully most of us get what we require from other sources unlike a fish that is in your care.Toss the shrimp in there,it shouldnt harm the fish,if he eats it consider it a treat. What is up with your avatar?Pomatomus;3470541; said:I was mostly asking because I just happen to have this shrimp and it isn't going anywhere else. I figure humans can still obtain some nutrition from shrimp so the fish probably can too right?
