Well I have a 110 gal tank(48x24x22) and in it a 4"-3" oscar, 4" JD, 3 silver dollar, lima shovelnose and spootted raph cat. Running a fluval fx5 and emp400. If im not overstocked, what else can I put in it? It has to be able to defend itself because my JD is a manic. It killed and ate a 2" mayan cichild by tearing it in to shreds. Im thinking of getting another mayan or Savini. What size should I get so it can show the JD whose boss?

Oh forgot to add that the mayan was female so could that been why it wouldnt stand its ground other than it being 1/2 the size of the JD
A mayan at 4'' will own the JD. At 12'' it will have killed all tankmates and be king of his domain. Just ask Ocean Blue (brian) he has a 12+'' mayan that he has sold like 4 times and each time it kills all in its path and gets returned. Handsome lookin killer though!! Tries to attack people thru the glass as a true monster will...
