yea, RAM comes in sticks.. you have to know what kind is in your computer and you have to know how to tell the computer to recognize the new RAM you're putting in. i tried it, ended up just buying a new computer.. lol.

find a good computer guru, and pay him well for doing it right.

I'm guessing you have a store bought computer, post up or google your model number to figure out what type of ram you need to buy.

Just go to Crucial.com

the ram in on the motherboard man just unclick it and make sure the onces you buy are able to go with your mother board and through those things on. nothin to crazy
