One of my FH has been sick and has not eaten for close to 7 days now. can I add dextrose to the tank to provide the energy that he needs? please advice.

That will only feed bacteria, fish do not take in nutrients like sugars from the water column. They can go a long time without food, rather try and find the root cause and treat it
