Can I give my Convict shrimp?

I have some big Shrimp in the fridge, could I cut it into little pieces and give some to him?

Seeing as how the kind I bought was for people, I wasn't sure lol.

only if its raw though i wouldnt give them those pre-cooked shrimp

the convict will reward you wiyh extra color thanks to the shrimps. they love the stuff so yes its safe to feed frozen shrimps. just make sure its just the plain boiled or raw type and not got any fat or flavourings added into it.

Isn't it shrimp that brings out the red color? And I think it's algae foods that bring out the blue/green in fish. Either way my Cons (& all the other fish) looooove shrimp. I'd have to say the Clown Loaches love it most of all, that's always fun to watch.
