yup definate tiger can't tell what kind P. Fasciatum would be my guess either wya i hope you have a huge tank for him 500gallons + ideally.

It's a TSN, which is a genus. Ichthyologists/taxonomists cannot agree weather there are just 4, 8 or even more members in this genus. Moreover, this most commonly sold kind does not look a purebred. Some experts suggest it is a hybrid of some TSN with a Sorubichthys planiceps. That's why it is under hybrids on PCF: http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/species.php?species_id=2452
I bought these before. He will grow into a beautiful fish. Take good care of him. Pond in GA would not be warm enough for him. South FL is even risky.
