you can probably mate just about any cic together but most ppl use hybrid fry for feeders

You are aware that this thread is in the hybrid forum bigdaddy? Oh and I'm thinkin your wrong about "most people" using them for feeders. Most people who have any idea sell them on AquaBid in the flowerhorn section for wayyyyyyyyyyyyy more money than either parent species.
