Can i overstock with my over filtration?

In my 240 gallon i have
18" clown knife
10" tinfoil barb
5" bala shark
16" fire eel
14" fl gar
3x 20" bichirs
6" leporinus
14" ID shark
2x 8" oscars

It is run by a fluval fx6
And a 70 gallon sump

And every time i test the waterit is 100% PERFECT.

I am adding my silver arowana soon.

Obviously some fish will outgrow it
But as long as the water is so good can i keep all the other fish in there???

I think you should be fine just don't over feed...

As long as your water is clean, and none of the fish have out grown the tank, you just have to watch agression for if it will work, and a some of the fish in there can be agressive it could end badly if they decide to be grumpy.
 
Overstocking in overfiltred tank may work but if you think of it as putting some 20 ppl in an 2 bedroom apartment with great ventilation. It doesn't seem like fun does it ?

with beer and at least 12 of them are female. Yes.
 
It should work until the monsters start to outgrow it and eat tank mates. Sounds like a pretty awesome tank, pics?

I think most of the advice here is solid. You should be fine, but you want to make sure that you are not tossing too much in there. Some aggressive fish might ruin the fun for the rest of them, so I would make sure that this is not an issue either.
