Hey guys can I add any sort of puffer in my tank? The tank includes 1 arowana, 1 tiger shovel nose catfish, 1 ornate bichir, 2 oscars, 1 Florida far and 1 giant red tail gourami

Most cannot but schoutedni, amazon and mbu seem to tolerate tankamtes. For you since u have big fish a mbu would be ur only option. It’ll have to be a big puffer so as to not be eaten by the other fish. You’ll have to watch and be careful.
You would need a pretty large tank, but if you were able to house for all those fish + an MBU it would be doable with some serious filtration and a backup plan if anything goes south...
