You can put it in there, if it's small, but it will outgrow the tank (eventually).

In other words, that's not big enough for a flowerhorn when it's full grown.

ok..i will put juvenile FH in there..and will upgrade the tank as soon as it gets adulthood..

I would say for a couple months for a single juvie.
Add some more filtration and perform lots of water changes.
