:eek:i got 2 beautiful wat i think are pretty healthy motoros male an felmale..i got the male first about 3 weeks ago an jus got the female today. jus noticed that the female has a dent inbetween her eyes. will there always be a dent there now?? can i keep her alive? it looks like the male also be starting to get a small dent also middle of eyes. am i underfeeding them??? thank you can i save her an him if its starting?? :nilly::nilly:
 
try feeding more if thats what you think it is

Feed her until she no longer accepts it. Lots of rays from pet stores, or pups from shipping are underfed. Do you have pictures of your new ray? :)
 
will put up pics as soon as the lights can go on in a few days i think im waiting hoping to find out how long to leave them off for.. but soon. an im guessin she will be ok by then.. lots of food.. easy enough.. very disapointing to hear thats the cause. thats what i get.. but i got a killer deal so no biggie i hope..
 
If you aren't already feeding blackworms, I would get some. They're great for bulking up skinny rays. Also try earthworms cut up into small pieces. and like everyone else has said, feed until they won't eat anymore. they'll let you know when they're full.
