I don't know which one of his tankmates pecked him, but my bichir's eye is all cloudy and puffy. What kind of medication should I use? If I just put him in a tank by himself and do lots of water changes will he be okay?

If I were you I would just do a lot of water changes and I think some salt would help. Good luck, hopefully it will heal with time.
