Can I still Add a Motoro?

Can I still add an 8inch motoro considering I can keep optimum water parameters

Inhabitants are

1x16in Endlicheri
1x14in Endlicheri
1x14in Cichla Ocellaris
1x8in Indo tiger
1x6in North Thailand Tiger
1x5in New Guinea Tiger
3x5in Silver dollars
1x5in Red Hook

all depends on what your filtration is, how much water you change and how often also if the ray would manage to get any food.

I waterchange 40% twice a week. I have this tank running on 2 eheim 2217's and 1 6ft ohf with 4kg ceramic rings
