I was wondering if I was able to turn down the output on my FX5? I just bought some Hornwort and its pushing it all to my Input and the otherside of the tank.

Yes turn the valve on the output where it connects to the canister, maybe 1/3 of the way shut!

You can't attatch it to driftwood? Or a rock? Id say filtration is more important then a plant imo

Well I really have nothing to anchor it to. I am in the process of getting a few peices of driftwood. Once I get all the assembled that would be a good idea. My main concern is that the output is causing the hornwort to block my input. I have to move the hornwort away from the filter input all the time and in a matter of minutes it's back. :(
