Can i use plexiglass for a fishtank build

i am thinking of building a 6x4x4 tank but i need ideas and i have alot of plexiglass could i use it

I wouldn't for that large of tank. I've heard of ppl use it for small tanks. 20gals or less. I don't think that plexi is stiff enough to hold that much weight. But I could be wrong.

1.25-1.50 would work for u. 1.25 would prob be thick enough sense it's only 6' long

whats the cheapst i could get i could lower the size to 5x3x3

i found some 4x8 sheets of cell cast by me that are 1in for 716 each i know you get a deal if you buy 3 or more, but i don't know how much the 1.25in is.
