Just wondering... The plants i have in there are doing fine.. But they dont grow hardly at all. They do survive. And also does any one know how fast java moss will grow. And what is the fastest way to make it grow?
with the correct bulb yes, there is nothing differant electrically other than a floro made for an aquarium will be a lot more water proof so as long as if you have a cover on your tank you will be just fine
Depends on how many kelvins the bulbs are rated. Your looking for around 6700k on each bulb, but that differs depending on what type of plants your trying to grow and how deep your tank is. Java moss usually does better in low light, cooler water and C02 although it ill grow in the opposite conditions.....just not as fast.
