Can I use tap water or bottled water ?

Hi, was wondering would I be able to use tap water, along with dechlorinising tap water conditioner?
Or bottled water from my market ?
I live in Wales,uk and the area I live in doesn't have a place where I can get RO water, unless I drive 50miles to get some (but I don't have a car)

If you put a PUR water filter on your faucet it will do a good job of removing chlorine and contaminants. Thats what i did before i had RO. My corals grew very well and my fish did good.
