can I use this product Crystal Water?

My fish tank water is foggy, specially when I change the water it stays foggy for longer period. I was given this product to use to clear the water. anyone has used this?
will it have any affects on my fishes?

That will cause all the particles to stick to each other, and possibly slow the flow of your filter sooner. I personally don't use that.

What water conditioner are you using? Sometimes the reaction of a certain brand of water conditioner will react with the tap water, causing haziness.

I do not use any water conditioner, it is just the tap water. also in Denmark there is no chlorine or any chemical in the water, so I was told there is no need for any conditioner.
