Can i use this sand for my monster fish tank

So i was reading around for cheap sands and i found out about this thing called "pool filter sand" but here in the uk its like 20x more expensive than in the us.So i researched for just cheap sand and found this

its like playsand stuff and non toxic and was wondering if i could use it in my tank

I don't know that particular brand but play sand is generally safe. Just very dirty so would cloud your water badly unless you gave it a good wash beforehand.
