Just found this:

It says soft-belly safe, but no burrowing.
I think it should be fine the smallest grain is 1mm.

the no burrowing means burrowing animals its not good for as tunnels will collapse. i was always curious about this when i was looking at ray safe sands as i though no burrowing means not for them since they bury themselves but its a whole different thing.

I'm doing a planted though. That is why I was looking at the plant substrate.
