Can I use this?

I've been looking for weld on to fix my custom sump but then I realized since it is only the outlet that needs to be fixed is there an alternative I can use besides Weld on. Here's the piece that needs fixing. The box is getting cut off and remade to flow like a waterfall.

Any way to better explain what ur doing lol? Cant make it out from the pic. Weld on #16 will work for u and is pretty cheap for a tube. U dont need #40 since its kind of just cosmetics. Any kind of silicone has a hard time adhering to anything.

Ok, thanks for more pics, i still recommend #16...for $2.50 the product u chose will work for a while. All depends how permenant you want it to be i guess.

Well I just fitted and measured the side to cut them down. I noticed a small divot from sanding the old acrylic so would #16 seal the gap?

#16 will fill up to a 1/8" or so gap without shrinking too bad so u should be fine.

Not a bad price at all...q-tips work well for spreading the glue around and masking tape will keep ur pieces in place while the glue dries. It takes a good minute to set up.

I found a little silicone I had around the house and used it just to test if it would work how I want. It holds just fine for now. I ordered the weld on so when that comes in ill take it apart and reglue it
