Why can't it be fixed? Is the glass broken or is it just the seal is leaking? If its just the seal then you can defiantly fix that. You said the aquarium is only a year old. Many aquarium makers offer a guarantee on new aquariums. I would maybe look into that or you can reseal the tank yourself.

i cant see any problems with the glass. i also cant see any faults in the seal ether tho.

Just because you can't see any doesn't there isn't any. Obviously you have a leak. Maybe the silicone itself has separated from the glass causing the leak.

its leaking on the bottom itself. like seeping up and dripping over the plastic frame piece,id jsut hate to reseal it and have it blowout worse

First if the tank is only a year old it should still be under warranty. Also if the glass is not broken it can be fixed. But let me point out that my friend bought a 220gal tank and it leaked after a couple of months a big leak I might add. The manufacturer took care of the problem but they told him later that they found a flaw in the way one of the glass was cut. I would first see if it is still under warranty. If not then I would look to repair it. I have done 3 of them myself and did not have any problems.
