I currently have a male lemon tetra and was going to add four more to tank and am getting plants and was wondering if it was possible to breed them?right now the only other fish in tank is a silver hatchet fish but I will also be getting a baby angelfish along with the other four lemons. plants will be large flame sword plant, hornwort, and amazon frogbit. later on I wish to add a bleeding heart tetra, replacement blue phantom pleco and L191 royal pleco as well as some sort of colorful cory catfish but was wondering if anyone knows anything on lemon tetra breeding or if they are a wild caught species and no one knows anything about it

the vancouver aquarium had some lemon tetras breeding on exhibit i believe. they were housed with the electric eel. I'd be worried about the angelfish eating any prospective fry.
