Can motoro pups be fed once a week

Im trying to get them off live and was thinking of starving them. There about 4''5''. Thanks for any infos

Im trying to get them off blood worms and onto shrimp. Also i like my water clean so i feed all my fish once a week

That is fine if you are trying to get them off of certain foods. But it sounds like someone doesn't want to have to do water changes. At least once a day or they will waste away.

your gonna have to fatten them up if your planning to starve them for a food switch. rays should be fed atleast once per day never once per week they have a high metabolism rate. don't you notice how fast they poop after you feed them?

So if i only feed them once a week can it kill them? Also when fully grown would i still have to feed them everyday and wouldn't that kill my water.

they need food everyday... if starving for different foods thats one thing... rays have high metabilism and need food... they also put out alot of waste and require lots of water changes... there is no way around this

feed them once a day, at least, i feed my newborn pups 3 times a day, go get frozen bloodworms (mosquito larva) if you have rays you have to accept that you need to do water changes

And if you are not willing to or don't have the means to do what is required then you need to rehome them. It is that simple.

U shouldn't be keeping rays in the first place.
