Can not get MTS to stay alive

I have a 125g tank with a fx5 and fluval 405 its slightly over stocked

I've tried to put MTS in the tank a few times and every time they die within a few hours the last two times i checked the parameters they were at
ammonia 0
nitrite 0
nitrate 5
ph 6.7-6.8
gh 8 drops
kh 5 drops

Amazing! Most people have problems getting rid of them, I've never heard of a problem keeping them alive!

i know lol I dont know whats going on :'( i've failed about 4-5 times now.

I would have said that it maybe due to them not getting enough food, but the fact your saying they die within hours of being in the tank really draws a blank...

The only thing going i can really think of is maybe your test kit is too old and not giving off accurate readings??? or maybe your tank temps are too warm/cold for the snail???
