So I have this tank I am filtering by way of aquaponics using a Monstera Delicosa, which has put down A LOT of roots in the tank.

Functionally I love what they do, and I tend to prune them back when they try to venture out towards the front. But they aren't entirely the most aesthetically pleasing sight.

So I was wondering if its possible to grow "moss" on or around the roots to cover them up with a little green? And if so, what kind of moss?

I guess in theory if you threw in some type of moss it would eventually cling to a surface and start to spread...

My only concern would be if they might choke your other plants roots to death???
