Can pleco pros ID this guy?

I was at my lfs last week and picked this dude up. He's about 2" long and suspect he's just a common plec, but figured I'd ask you guys as his pattern seems unusually nice for a common(maybe just juvie coloration?)

Not a common, maybe a bristlenose. Bristlenoses don't always have bristles. Many females won't get them and males will develop them as they age.
