125 gallon with 5 four to six inch rbp's and a 55 gallon with two 2 inchers ....ive been reading online and some people say that it cannot be and they will get eatin but would if i take em out and change the setup will that work
I would say feed them up a bit more. I recently introduced a 4.5 - 5" to a 3 strong shoal of 7"+, he was fine but I did add 5 feeders with him just to take the initial attention away.

I had a mixed shoal for about a year before I sold them off,and I had 3"orange piraya, and a 4" red belly swimming around with the big boys with no problems. And with big boys I mean BIG 10" & 9" Cariba, 2 8" Reds, 2 7" Piraya(yellow and orange), and 3 6" Ternz. Usually it was the bigger Reds that got picked on and the little guys would have no problems
Thanks for the info Big Roc, once I get a replacement sorted for the big tank that was damaged I'm planning a similarly large cohab myself, feeling a lot more confident about it now.
