Looks like a Red Finned Cigar Shark - Leptobarbus hoevenii. Also called the Sultan fish or Mad Barb. Grows to about 24" in aquaria.

why are there so many "WHAT IS THIS" that turn out to be cigar sharks? they aren't exactly rare to come by?
I hope you realise they get HUGE, they are very cool fish though and congrats to you on getting a nice one
