hello i have just bought these geophagus from a lfs for £12 about $20(usa) and it didn't have a name tag. could any1 ID this and look at my juvie jack dempseys.

yeah i think it is thanks. but mine doesnt have a dark spot on its body its light is that because its washed out or still abit shocked and the fins are abit light too. do they get better colour as they get older. is the any good website on the profile like max size and ph.....
Abalios is a good guess, but a better pic of the body and tail especially is needed.. It looks like its going to be a sweet fish tho,, good find..
