So they've never stopped flaring since I put them together (bout a month) today after a huge water change its gotten even stronger. And as strange as it sounds. They really get going when I turn the aquarium lights on. Are they fighting or are they doing the sexy dance :cool:

I'd say that they are doing the sexy dance and want to bump uglies but I am no expert.

It makes sense that they would be getting ready to breed, you have mature male and who could blame him. The orino is pretty nice ;)

Correct me if I am wrong, but I remember reading on another thread that cooler temperatures trigger spawning. Hence why they became more "aggressive" in their flaring. Similar to when it rains in the wild.
