can someone help me id this invert please

so i found this guy in the ghost shrimp tank at work , we always get wierd,random stuff in the ghost shrimp shipment so i found this guy and just had to get him sorry for the crappy phone camara picture but he kinda looks like a mix of a mosquito/praying mantis/twig lol sorry for my lame id but can you guys please help me id it i have him now in my planted tank with red cherrys and some guppys

You have what looks to be an extremely predatory water insect (sorry unsure of id) in with his favorite food.....

Water walking stick from what I can see... At least that's what we would call them. Commonly they are called a water scorpion. They are pretty common in guppy and ghost shrimp batches.

Waterscorpion!!! Thanks Demonte, trying to remember was killing me.
Highly predatory. Will eat your shrimp/guppies/anything it can overpower... but they're popcorn to big fish.
