Can someone help me to id this cichlid?

I just received a breeding pair of this fish. My friend who owns a pet store could not think of the name and due to commitments after closing time was unable to look it up. Can someone id it for me?

Ok, thanks again...If these LQQKS stressed out, it is because they had a 30 mile journey home and I floated them in the bag for about 15 mins before releasing them in my tank. Then I snapped pictures using my cheap cam.

You know, they might not be stressed out from the journey home, they are probably stressed out from me using a cheap cam from Walmart to take their pics.....lol
