It does look like a chaca chaca(frogmouth) cat. I had one years ago, it looks like its been fed rather well to.

Sorry to burst your bubble reefman. That catfish is Cephalosilurus fowleri. It grows to about 16" and can/will eat anything up to 2/3rds it's size. Awesome pickup.

I dont see any chaca chaca cats anymore, last one I saw I bought an he was at Debys pet land of all places.
