scroll throw the pics last one... called red empress. Many different variants and color variety. most common is unknown area (red)

I'll try and get some better pics tonight of both the male and some females. I'm not sure I agree with you Mike. I have a Red Empress. You might be right. Next time I buy fish I need to write all the names down. These guys just started breeding.

i thought it looked a bit to stocky and tall to be empress, i was thinking red peacock? i dont rellay know them THAT well though..

There are more than one type again, check the other variants to see if you see a better match. Red emp is still my guess...

the horizontal bar makes it a hap. aulonocara are have vertical barring...

The body shape is dead on... again many other variants check them out...
