The owner says he's 11-12". I'd like an ID on it so I can know more about it and determine if it would be a good fit in one of my communities. Thanks!

LOL yeah, I was thinking just a basic farm-raised tilapia, but the red eyes are throwing me off... Not too sure about the coloration - the fish was recently moved and probably stressed when the photo was taken.
