I just picked this guy up at a LFS here in Los Angeles.They had him and a couple others labeled as an Albino Perch. Googled it when I got home and could not really find any info. He looks to have some kind of leucism, but not an albino. Not a pink convict, have one of those. Not a Red Devil either. Just not sure, is there such thing as an albino perch? He has like blue coloration on his gills and tail as well?
