Can't with that pic. It looks like a common pleco. Either Hypostomus commersoni or Hypostomus plecostomus (aka H. punctatus)

Try to not pay attention, and when he's not paying attention, get the best photo of him. Worked with my firemouth, but I only got part of his tail.
