Looks like a really dark polycentropsis abbreviata to me

Also the first poster was referring to the nandus nandus

Nandus nandus is a Perciform leaf fish from Asia. They are often hard to feed, because they prefer live fish. They lay motionless among plants until an unwary fish comes close enough to swallow.
