Op, your bass is a good looking mono. Location, hard to tell because if you don't know where they are from, then you can't get a good ID..... But it's a mono for sure.

LMB's have an explosive and personable nature about them lol one of my favorites, sorry I can't help with the cichla...never kept them.

I tought it really diffficult especialy for someone new in the world of cichla.... since many seller on local fish market just bussy for selling but didn't have a good knowledge too
