Can someone please sex my umbee?!!

I got this guy at 4 inches and now he is 9 inches, but I'm still having alot of trouble sexing him. He shows fairly plain colouration for a male. I thought by now he'd be a lot more blue if he was a male. But he still hasn't even got a black dorsal fin if he was a female. If someone can help identify him that would be awesome. I'd really appreciate it.
