Can Someone Read directions in Japanese ?

Bought this Planaria remover (great reviews online) from over seas. Directions vary over the internet. Can someone tell me what it says ( I see 50L per spoons)?

First 24hrs 1 spoon per 6g
Second 24hrs 1 spoon per 6g
Third 24hrs 1/2 spoon per 6g
