the one on the left male for sure, firemouth looks female and the one on the right looks male but i need a better pic of that one. An easy way to tell is most times the dorsal fin is pointed (like the one on the left) in males and rounded (like your firemouth) for females.

despite his mis-id on the species turbogoon is right. usually in cichlids the male has the long trailing dorsal fin and more color. So if you go by that the left severum is male and the female is the one on the right. But I don't do severums ( they always get body fungus) so just an educated guess.
ps- what's that fish next to the arrowanna?

Yeah sorry i didnt look at the face i just looked at the body color. Ive never done severums either i cant recal seeing them at my LFS.
