The small spots on the flank look like they could be ick, there is also one on the nuchal hump.
Not sure what you mean about the eye.
Just curious, does the mouth move?
Looks fused open, but may just be the angle of the shot.

The eye has a bit of cloud, Yea i was thinking it was ick, I added 1 cup of aquarium salt to my 65g. The mouth is okay.

Keep an eye on it as it may get more spots then salt and heat will help.

I would add more salt tomorrow and the 3rd day for the ich treatment. You want a minimum 3 tablespoons per 5 gallons, and 1 cup is roughly 16 tablespoons, so for a 65 gallons tank you want at least 39 tablespoons of salt.

I agree with more salt, in order to kill ick, the salinity must be at least 3ppt (parts per thousand). Otherwise the new ick hatching out, just laugh it off.
And your FH can take plenty.
By the way it doesn't need to be aquarium salt.
I use water softener salt (NaCl), because you can dump lots in and it dissolves slowly.
It is also only $5 per 50lbs.

Hello guys, thank you for the help, just an update of what those white spots turned into now, looks like some kind of fungal infect I think. There are white fluffy circles now growing on my fishes body....I have added jungle fungus in here.
