has anyone got any advice on how to get them to feed more

What have you tried to feed them, and what have they eaten thus far?

NTTs don't recognise new foods that easily. Feed them the same as the LFS was. When they're looking happy in their home you can try and train them on to other foods like pellets. It is not easy though, I tried the "eat or die" method with my NTTs which are a little bigger than yours. One of them got real sick and i had to quarantine it and nurse it back to health. Mine really go for ghost shrimp (live). that's all they'll eat!!

they were feeding on lance fish at night time at the LFS (well just after lights out so after the shop shut). i never saw them feed as this was at night time but as they have had the fish a while and they dont look to starved i think they must have eaten (plus i trust these guys).

i have offered them lance and they dont seem to have eaten much i think they may have eaten some but im not 100%.

i have been getting the second one to eat a few meal worms (especially when i lure him with it on a length of fishing line (just line no hook or any thing and put on so it slips off very easily)

im considering trying live foods just to fatten them up so i can try to train them on dead foods when they are a lil bigger and more established does anybody think this is a good idea ?
