Can somone send me in the right direction?

I recently received a red dragon female FH from a friend (or so I'm told) and I have been looking at a lot of them online.

I understand there are short bodies, etc but I'm a little confused on all the different strains. I see a lot of ZZ, Red Dragon, Titanium, all kinds of strains. Just wondering if someone could shoot me a link somewhere that explains this fairly well, be that another website or thread. Any help will be much appreciated! Thanks!
