ive got some river bottom pea gravel, could stingrays be ok in that until i can switch it out for sand in a few months?

I have my ray on small gravel he seems to be fine his belly always looks good, if the gravel is not smooth you may have a problem

gravel is smooth what size tank is he in?

haha thanks guys, any advice on what the smallest ray is? and which is the easiest to keep?

My rectic is currently living on small gravel. It is not completely smooth but he is doing just fine. I would just say keep an eye on his stomach and make sure it doesn't get red and irritated.

id say either retic or hystix would prolly be my best bet, anyone got any pics of theres since the ones in the profiles aint working and im not satisfied with google pics

Rays are fine on smooth small river gravel. Just look at aquamans breeding succes. All his rays are on gravel and are probably the best rays on here.
