Can these go together?

I want to put a vatf, rhap, and some cichla together. Would they work together?
they will all be 2-5 inches.

What are the growth rates of the characins

Pbass are garbage disposals. They will eat any and every thing they can get there mouths on, literally. Including tank mates.
